Job description
Respond to all requests and provide information regarding funeral services to our customers
Meet with bereaved families and plan funeral services
Direct the funeral: respecting the decisions made by the families during the arrangements
Requirements
Previous experience in the funeral industry may be an asset
Valid driving license
Bilingual, English and French (spoken and written). Third language would be an asset.
Researched skills
Intellectual: Attention to detail and organized thinking
Relational: Good interpersonal skills, communicates easily, able to adapt to changes, empathetic, good listener, able to identify the needs of families
Attitudes and behaviors: Excellent personal presentation, integrity, professional ethics, autonomous, quality oriented and able to work under pressure
